Diagnostic clinical criteria of Ankylosing spondylitis:

SILLY Pain

S-Symptoms more than 3 months not improved by rest
I-Improvement by activity or exercise
L-Limitation of mobility of lumbar spine
L-limited expansibility of rib cage
Y-Younger age of onset (<40 yrs) and insidious onset
Pain-Pain and morning stiffness of the spine or buttocks
